Before the season began, Chiefs/Rams looked like it could be a Super Bowl preview. Now, the Rams are limping in to Arrowhead Stadium at 3-7. L.A. is already without superstar receiver Cooper Cupp and will now have to face yet another challenge heading into Sunday’s game.
According to various reports, Rams QB Matthew Stafford will be out Sunday and L.A. will be down to its third string quarterback Bryce Perkins. The Rams backup QB, John Wolford is also injured which leaves the team in quite a bind this Sunday.
Chiefs Injury News
The biggest news from Kansas City today came when the team put oft-injured running back Clyde Edwards Helaire on injured reserve. That means the third-year player will not be eligible to return until December 24th at the earliest. In related news, WR JuJu Smith-Schuster is expected back at practice today which is a big boost to the KC receiving corps.
