In a report from KC Star’s Sam McDowell, Chiefs defensive end Frank Clark was arrested back in March, three months prior to his most recent arrest. On Sunday night, Clark was pulled over for a vehicle code violation in Los Angeles, at which point police noticed the firearm sticking out from a bag in his vehicle.
