Less than 24 hours removed from the Denver Broncos‘ season-ending loss to Kansas City, head coach Vic Fangio has been fired after three seasons.

Fangio amassed a record of 19-31 during his three seasons in Denver and failed to reach the post-season during that time. Fangio threw Saturday’s starting QB Drew Lock under the bus after the loss by saying that the Broncos were unable to keep pace with the top teams in the division due to a lack of a “top-shelf” quarterback.

The rumor mill began to heat up last week when Jim Harbaugh’s name started being floated out there in NFL circles once again and many believe he will be the Broncos top candidate.

  1. I totally saw him throw Lock under the bus. Lock play magnicently yesterday. He played the best game I have seen him play. Heck he was the only Bronco running to try and catch
tackle Nick Bolton as he ran for the TD! I hope they keep Lock.

  2. That’s not throwing him under the bus. That’s the absolute truth! Until Denver gets a truly good QB, they’ll never compete with the ‘big boys’. TRUTH!
