The Chiefs have officially entered the dog days of training camp as they are now in the home stretch towards their first game coming up this Saturday against Chicago. On Monday, NFL Network cameras were on site in St. Joe to interview Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
The interview covered over 17 minutes and Mahomes opened up on a plethora of topics including his next child, Mecole Hardman’s development and the training he did this offseason in Texas.
When it comes to 2022, Mahomes hit host Steve Mariucci with a quote that will certainly catch the attention of Chiefs fans.
“The Chiefs are the favorite to win Super Bowl LVII.” Mahomes said during the interview.
