ESPN senior NFL writer Jeremy Fowler is reporting that, currently, the Chiefs and Bills are in an “arms race” to obtain the services of free agent WR DeAndre Hopkins. Fowler made this report on a recent edition of Keyshawn, JWill & Max but claimed the Chiefs are not “overy desperate” to make it happen after signing LT Donovan Smith.

Hopkins was released last week by the Arizona Cardinals with rumors quickly running rampant about his potential landing place. The report by Fowler indicated the Bills could be the team to beat in this scenario due to KC’s cap situation and the fact that they believe Kadarius Toney could be a #1 receiver for the team.
