Back in June, veteran actor Henry Winkler appeared on “The Rich Eisen Show” to promote his hit TV show “Barry” when he took the interview in a completely different direction. The “Happy Days” star went on to profess his unabashed fandom for Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Winkler went on to call Mahomes one of his “heroes” and went on to invite him to try a chicken spinach recipe with him next time he’s in L.A. This week, Mahomes returned the invitation on Rich’s show as he was shown Henry’s clip from this past Summer. It’s so great to see a beloved figure like Winkler showing respect for Mahomes’ ability and for that to be returned as well.
Mahomes even invited Winkler to attend the Chiefs/Chargers game later this season in Los Angeles.
