Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes‘ history with baseball is well documented. Mahomes was a 37th round draft pick by the Minnesota Twins back in 2014 but decided to pursue football at Texas Tech instead.
Mahomes, the son of former MLB pitcher Pat Mahomes received many accolades on the diamond and even took part in the 2010 Junior League Baseball World Series where he can be seen below driving in a run in a game against Taipei. Patrick was 14 at the time this video was recorded.
