In the last week we’ve learned that literally every American has an opinion about the James Bradberry holding call late in Super Bowl LVII against Chiefs WR JuJu Smith-Schuster. Even NFL greats Ray Lewis and Michael Irvin got into it over the controversial call. Lewis, was emphatic that you can’t make that call because holding could be called on every play in the NFL. Irvin disagreed saying that it was the right call to make in the moment.
Let’s just say that this appears to be an argument that was won by Michael Irvin as the “you can’t make that call at that time” crowd seems to be getting owned at every turn.
