Chiefs WR Mecole Hardman has been full of excused throughout this subpar four-year career in KC. Drafted in the second round back in 2019 ahead of future NFL star D.K. Metcalf, Hardman has not exactly been a standout in the Chiefs offense. He has publicly made excuses for this in the past such as not being able to excel in an offense where Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce were getting a majority of the targets.

Hardman will be seeking a deal elsewhere as free agency opens this week in the NFL. The 25-year-old recently joined Jordan Shultz for an interview on The Schultz Report. Hardman basically said that the Chiefs did not properly utilize him by giving him targets or his favorite routes to run.

“I know I can do some things when I get targets,” Hardman stated. “I think I never got a chance to get those routes (that I’m best suited for) ran and seen on film a lot.”
