When it comes to high level sports gambling, it gets no bigger than Matress Mack. The legendary Houston-based furniture store owner has become famous for his large-scale bets. So it comes as no surprise that he was on hand at the Kentucky Derby on Saturday.
Mack even confronted Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes who called “riders up” before the race. A video caught a brief interaction between the two as Mack tells Patrick that he’s “lost millions” betting against him. Mahomes came back with the response of “sorry about that one, gotta be with me next time.”
