They say dreams really do come true at the NFL Draft but it’s going to be hard to top this story from Saturday. Former Kansas State RB Deuce Vaughn was drafted in the sixth round by the Dallas Cowboys which is a tremendous honor in and of itself. But perhaps more so if your father works for the Cowboys as a scout…And to top it all off, the Cowboys had Deuce’s father Chris call Deuce to let him know he was going to Dallas. Chris called his son from a team phone and asked his son if he wanted to come to work with him next week. Chris then became very emotional as he handed the phone to Jerry Jones who let Deuce know that Dallas is excited to have him on board.
