As was revealed last year, TV icon Henry Winkler is a fan of Patrick Mahomes. He even went on the Rich Eisen Show earlier this season to invite Mahomes to dinner and to tell the world why he’s such a fan of Patrick’s. The long-awaited meeting finally happened Sunday night prior to the Chiefs Chargers game on Sunday Night Football.
As you can see, Winkler was all smiles akin to a teenage girl meeting Justin Bieber and went out of his way to talk about how “genuine” Mahomes is. It really is amazing to see someone as iconic as Winkler show this much emotion about someone he truly admires.
