As sports fans, we’ve all been there before. The emotional ups and downs of an intense sporting event will cause us to do or say things we might regret. Chiefs WR Mecole Hardman, currently on injured reserve, was watching tonight’s Chiefs/Chargers game from home. The Chiefs, ultimately, prevailed with a thrilling 30-27 victory but Hardman may have let his emotions get the best of him.

In the second half, Hardman Tweeted that he threw his remote at his TV. Many passed it off as a metaphor for how crazy the game was at the time.

Hardman Tweets pic of broken TV

If you ever feel the need to break something, try a cup or inexpensive dish out of your cabinet. The broken TV made it hard for Hardman to see the thrilling victory in the end.
