The Cincinnati Bengals were able to snag former Chiefs left tackle Orlando Brown Jr. in one of the biggest free agent moves of the offseason thus far. Brown signed a 4-year, $64 million dollar deal with on of KC’s primary rivals in the AFC, while the Chiefs signed former Jaguars tackle Jawaan Taylor as Brown’s replacement.

Chris Broussard on Fox Sports’ First Things First revealed this week that this signing by Cincinnati has closed the gap between the Bengals and Chiefs. Broussard stated emphatically “Whatever gap existed between the Bengals and Chiefs, it’s not there anymore. There’s no gap anymore.”
