Sometimes sports hypotheticals are fun to mull over. Yesterday on The Herd With Colin Cowherd, the popular host was discussing Aaron Rodgers’ trade value as the Jets attempt to procure the former NFL MVP. While Rodgers may have been worth a first round pick or two a couple years ago, the Jets may only be willing to give up a second with other conditional picks. So Cowherd then went on to discuss what Patrick Mahomes would be worth in today’s NFL trade market.
“If Patrick Mahomes was available on the (trade) market today-five first round picks minimum.” Cowherd said during the sho.
