Phase one of the Chiefs offseason training program is underway which involves meeting with players via Zoom. Andy Reid met with reporters virtually on Monday to discuss these programs as well as answered questions about some of the low facility grades the team received recently from players doing exit interviews. Reid raised a few eyebrows when he brought up the team’s training facility and eluded to the idea that changes could be coming.
While many fans are discouraged by hearing that the team may “be leaving soon,” Andy is clearly referencing the training facility which could mean there are plans to replace the current practice facility that exists on the Arrowhead Stadium property.
