Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill left practice early Thursday after injuring his hamstring reports ESPN staff writer Adam Teicher.

Hill had just caught a long pass during a drill when he pulled up lame and was seen by Chiefs medical personnel. Hill then walked, unattended, to the locker room. No other information is known about the extent of the injury at this time.
