While 1980’s shows broke new ground, the 1990’s delivered a multitude and unwavering barrage of programming! The criteria to make our list is the show must have started in the years from 1989-1998. Our 1980’s list ranked the top 20 shows, but the 1990’s could not be contained to such a small number. So, without further ado, here are our top 30 t.v. shows of the 1990’s!
