While not particularly relevant to anything that’s happening in 2022, sometimes it’s just fun to look back and reflect. Way back in 2016, the Chiefs had no Patrick Mahomes and had not won a playoff game since January of 1994. On January 16th of 2016, the Chiefs traveled to New England to face Tom Brady and the Patriots in a divisional playoff game.

As you will see captured in the video, the Patriots were busy warming up before the game when Kelce (then only a third year player) was seen mocking New England’s all-everything QB Tom Brady.

The Patriots would go on to win the game 27-20, ending the Chiefs hopes of appearing in the AFC championship game for the first time since 1994. Tom Brady and New England would go on to lose the nexts week to Denver, who eventually won Super Bowl L against Carolina.
