This year, things have gotten really exciting as things like players can now wear the number 0 have been announced. Another rule change new this year is that NFL teams can now play two Thursday Night Football games per year. Previously, the limit was one.
Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes took to Twitter to voice his displeasure over the rule change. The rumor has long been that players do not enjoy Thursday Night Football games due to quick turnarounds. Mahomes simply posted a face palm emoji in response to the rule change information.
