Patrick Mahomes is certainly never a player to deflect blame or to run from adversity. The Chiefs lost their third game in a row to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday but the former NFL and Super Bowl MVP is pretty candid when it comes to his thoughts on this โ€œrivalry.โ€

On โ€œThe Driveโ€ with Carrington Harrison earlier this week, Mahomes mentioned that if there was a play that he would like to have back, it would be the Kelce fumble.

โ€œI donโ€™t know if you would call it a rivalry. We havenโ€™t beat them yet.โ€ Mahomes stated. โ€œUntil we beat them, itโ€™s not really a rivalry. Iโ€™m sure weโ€™ll play them a lot in the following years and maybe again in the playoffs if we match up again there.โ€
