Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has put out his latest video of his workout regimine as he prepares for the 2020 season. The old saying goes hard work beats talent that doesn’t work hard, but what if the most talented guy is also the hardest worker? That’s when you get a quarterback entering his 3rd season as the starter who already has 50 touchdown passes in one season, a MVP, and a Super Bowl MVP under his belt. This video shows you the amount of work, respect, and love for the game this once in a lifetime quarterback has! We also share details on the NFL’s newest Covid-19 protocols as far as training camp and the preseason are concerned.

Also notable in the NFL-NFLPA protocols: “Clubs may not require players to stay in a team hotel during Training Camp."

The NFL-NFLPA protocols also lay out enforcement, including inspections, reporting of violations and monthly certification.

– Education, treatment, hygiene, travel protocols mostly set
– Testing, game-day protocols still being finalized
– NFL intends to play 2 preseason games; NFLPA wants 0, longer rampup

Worth noting is this scenario as discussed by the NFLPA: Players would be divided into smaller groups initially, e.g. under 15 players for S&C and up to 40 in unpadded practices. That’d buy an extra month or so before all players are together in a higher-exposure setting.
