With so many capable quarterbacks currently residing in the AFC, it’s only natural that much off the offseason banter focus on this all-important position. While Dan Orlovsky has previously stated that he would take Josh Allen over anyone in the NFL today, Stephen A. Smith appears to have a different opinion in mind.
On a recent edition of ESPN’s “First Take,” Stephen A. took Orlovsky to task when talking about the Mahomes vs. Allen debate.
“It is Patrick Mahomes that’s a Super Bowl champion. It is Patrick Mahomes that went to back-to-back Super Bowls. It is Patrick Mahomes that beat Josh Allen the last two years. How in the hell do you put Josh Allen ahead of Patrick Mahomes!?”
