We’ve all had that moment at an airport somewhere where you need some food on the fly. Usually for $30 or so you can grab a half warm burger or rubbery chicken strips but not at MCI. After the Chiefs beat the Jaguars 27-17 at Arrowhead Stadium, CBS sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson tried to grab a snack at the airport before her flight home but could not find anything open.
Wolfson eventually had Dominoes Pizza delivered TO THE AIRPORT just so she wouldn’t have to count on the minimal airline snacks while on board. Luckily for KC, a new airport terminal is soon to be unveiled and hopefully they will serve food there.
Mayor Quentin Lucas, clearly embarrassed by this incident posted a Tweet assuring her things will be getting better in the near future.
