To say that Bucs LB Shaq Barrett provided the Chiefs (and specifically the offensive line) with some picture-perfect bulletin board material last week would be an understatement. the Pro Bowler took a shot at the Chiefs last week prior to the game stating that he didn’t see much difference in the KC offensive line from Super Bowl LV.

The Chiefs went on to score 41 points in a dominant victory on Sunday night. While the Bucs defense is still ranked fifth in the league, Barrett still found it in him to walk back some comments.

“I wasn’t trying to send any shots at anybody or anything like that. They came out and did what they were supposed to do to get the win,” Barrett said. “I would never have guessed we’d give up 41 points at any point this year. That hurts as a defense.”

The Bucs will look to rebound from the loss as they take on the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. The Chiefs will be home to play Las Vegas on Monday Night Football.
