The Chiefs have been relatively lucky thus far when it comes to injuries. The team did have a couple key pieces miss practice this week in cornerback L’Jarius Sneed and receiver Mecole Hardman (abdomen). Today, Andy Reid provided updates on both players.

It looks like good news on Sneed as Reid proclaimed that he’s “good to go” while it looks like Mecole Hardman will miss the first game of his three-and-a-half year career with his abdomen injury. Reid stated that it would “be a stretch” for Hardman to play after missing practice all week.

Hardman has 25 catches for 297 yards this season and has scored four touchdowns on the year. He has scored three of his touchdowns in the past two games and was being used more in the offense. This could call for an increased role for Kadarius Toney, who played last Sunday sparingly against the Titans.
