After declaring for the NFL Draft following the 2021 season, Mizzou wideout D’ionte ‘Boo’ Smith has signed a free agent deal with the Kansas City Chiefs per Smith’s Twitter account. The deal is for a minicamp tryout although most players do not stick around even until Training Camp.
Smith, a Kansas City native (Raytown), had 8 catches for 195 yards and one touchdown in 2021 but was primarily used as a kick returner.
