Tyreek Hill being traded from KC to Miami was one of the biggest stories of the NFL offseason. The 28-year old receiver has proven himself to be still amongst the league’s best with 100 catches for 1,400 yards thus far in 2022. The Chiefs, meanwhile have managed quite well without Hill as they currently boast the #1 scoring offense in the NFL.
While some wounds from the trade remain open, Tyreek Hill (who recently appeared on Shannon Sharpe’s “Club Shay Shay” Podcast) went into further detail on why he decided he needed out of Kansas City.
“I love playing ball and I love being by the team. There would be some games where. I would get two targets, three targets.” Hill said. “I got to get out of (KC).”
