Regardless, Sunday’s Chiefs/Bills game will forever be known as the “lateral erased by an offensive offsides” game and Travis Kelce is now speaking out about the thrilling play. Kelce took to his “New Heights” podcast this week to detail the play. He claims coach Reid had no idea it was coming and feared the ramifications had the ball been tipped or fumbled.
Kelce even stated that he went up to Kadarius Toney after the play and said “we had that place f***** rocking!” Travis even hopes to implement the play again sometime in the future.
