Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes threw two costly interceptions in the loss but the national media is ready to hand the Bills the Lombardi Trophy in October and Nick Wright played off this narrative beautifully on Monday’s show.
On Monday’s edition of “First Things First” Nick would read a prepared statement about how the Bills have taken control of the AFC and that the Chiefs’ better days are behind them. He then shocked everyone when he admitted he read the exact same statement last year and proceeded to throw his notes away while saying he feels better about the Chiefs even after the tough loss.
