It’s the podcast interview that the football world has waited all season for. Patrick Mahomes is joining Travis and Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast for an exclusive interview this week with the entire interview being available on Youtube Thursday. In the meanwhile, “New Heights” has released a teaser clip from the interview which shows the guys talking about Mahomes’ first few starts and developing chemistry together.
Mahomes talked about his first game starting in 2018, which was a big win over the Chargers and how Travis only had one catch for six yards. Mahome said his father, known as “Silky P” told Kelce “He’s going to throw to everybody, you’re time’s coming.” Truer words have never been spoken as the tandem have become one of the most prolific QB-TE tandems in NFL history.
