The Chiefs offense is now two-for-two on the day so far as Patrick Mahomes has found tight end Jody Fortson for two touchdowns during the offense’s first two drives of the team’s second preseason game against Washington.
The second touchdown came on a third down where Mahomes was forced to scramble right by the Washington pass rush. After looking back to his left he was able to find Fortson right at the pylon for a spectacular touchdown giving the Chiefs a 14-0 lead early in the second quarter.
