March Madness is in full effect as the Midwest regionals concluded on Sunday night at T-Mobile Arena in Kansas City. In a come-from-behind effort, the Miami Hurricanes emerged victorious over Texas to advance to the Final Four in Houston next week.
Strangely, even without any KC-area teams playing at T-Mobile Arena this weekend, there was a very audible “home of the Chiefs” heard during the National Anthem prior to this evening’s Texas/Miami game.
