The Chiefs selected George Karlaftis, DE from Purdue, with the 30th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. After trading up to take corner Trent McDuffie at 21, the Chiefs were able to continue to bolster its defense with the selection of Karlaftis, who had 54 QB pressures and 4.5 sacks last season at Purdue.
