To say Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker is having a subpar season would be an understatement. The normally sure-footed kicker has been much-maligned this season for missing uncharacteristic field goals and extra points ever since dealing with an ankle injury week one. On Sunday, Butker missed badly from 51 yards and many immediately looked to the hold or the kicking form itself as to why it sailed awry.
Upon closer review, it looks like the ball may have been tipped at the line of scrimmage thus causing the ball to flutter in an awkward position wide left. Was this a bad miss or partially blocked? You decide.
