Down three points with time expiring, North Carolina’s Marcus Page sunk a double-clutch three pointer to tie the game with 4.7 seconds left leaving ‘Nova fans breathless, but Jenkins made sure that the “One Shining Moment” montage would belong to the Wildcats. The 77-74 Villanova win may very well be one of the great title games of all time and will go down as a testament to the true team-style of basketball that coach Jay Wright’s team played with all season.
