The New York Post has released more shocking details from the Jackson Mahomes assault case. An affidavit states that on February 25th, Mahomes assaulted the owner of Aspen’s Restaurant and lounge “He then grabbed her by the throat, forcing her head back and kissed her and put his tongue in her mouth,” the affidavit states — alleging that Jackson repeated the act two more times seconds apart.”

Mahomes allegedly also got into it with a waiter at the restaurant, allegedly shoving the unnamed waiter who was attempting to enter a locked room that Mahomes was in. Overall, Mahomes is being charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of misdemeanor battery in the case.
