Nothing quite like getting more healthy towards the end of an NFL season. That is exactly the fate that could befall the Chiefs, especially on the wide receiver front. News from practice this week states that both Kadarius Toney (hamstring) and Mecole Hardman (abdomen) are practicing on Wednesday.

Toney was a limited participant last week before being ruled out prior to the Broncos game and has been listed as “day to day.” Hardman was placed on IR for four games and his 21-day window to return has opened. Whether or not either will play on Sunday is yet to be determined, especially given the opponent (the one-win Houston Texans). All signs point to good news on two very key cogs that could play vital roles down the stretch.
