The Chiefs were able to knock off the Cincinnati Bengals on the AFC Championship Game Sunday despite suffering several setbacks on the injury front. The team lost JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kadarius Toney, LโJarius Sneed and Willie Gay during the course of the game. Gay left with a shoulder injury in the first half and did not return. He was replaced by Darius Harris who played well but the early speculation is that Gay could be ready to play in Super Bowl LVII.
According to ESPNโs Jeremy Fowler, early tests on Gayโs shoulder were encouraging and heโs โoptimisticโ about playing in the Super Bowl in two weeks.
