According to various reports, Raiders receiver Henry Ruggs III, 22, was involved in a vehicular accident early Tuesday morning which ended in the death of a motorist. Ruggs, the 12th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, showed “signs of impairment” at the scene and will be charged with a DUI resulting in death.
