Only hours away from a loss that sent the New York Jets to 1-6 on the season General Manager John Idzik has made a bold move (the first of his career). Idzik has traded a conditional mid-round pick for Seattle WR Percy Harvin.
Rumor says Seattle didn’t think Harvin was a fit in their offense, only seeing 30% of the offensive snaps. The Jets, and most definitely Geno Smith, will be thrilled to finally have a real threat on offense-one that will only make all of their other offensive weapons more dangerous.
GASN will have more details as they emerge, so keep checking back for updates.
*John Clayton just reporting that the trade is for a conditional 2015 draft pick that will range from 2nd to 4th round.
