The long-awaited sentencing for former Chiefs assistant Britt Reid came down today as the 37-year-old was given a three year prison term following a DWI plea deal. Reid seriously injured a 5-year-old girl after drinking at Arrowhead Stadium prior to Super Bowl LV.
Reid expressed remorse following the sentencing, stating that “Every time I see my daughter, I think about Ariel and how my decision affected her so deeply and her family.”
