We have learned via NFL insider Adam Schefter that the Chiefs have released linebacker Anthony Hitchens. The 29 year old had been with the team since 2018.
Hitchens tallied two sacks during his time in Kansas City. Clearly, the team is trying to get younger at the position and his release does not come as a surprise.
