The Mizzou football recruiting class received a large boost on National Signing Day as Terry Beckner Jr., the #2 recruit in the nation (according to ESPN.com) chose Missouri over schools like Auburn, Florida State and Ohio state.
Beckner, the 6’4 300 pound defensive lineman, announced that he would attend the University of Missouri during a special pennant ceremony held at East St. Louis High School Wednesday morning. The addition of Beckner has vaulted Mizzou’s 2015 recruiting class to 18th in the country and, on paper, appears to be one of the top classes that Gary Pinkel has signed at Missouri.
