It’s the comedy that is sure to take the country by storm in 2025. “Happy Gilmore 2” is set for a Netflix release sometime next year and the streaming service released a teaser trailer as a Christmas gift for fans. Expectations are high as we see many returning characters from the original film including Happy’s love interest Virginia and the infamous Shooter McGavin.
And then there’s white-hot Travis Kelce, a 3-time Super Bowl champion and one of the most famous people in the U.S. these days who is also featured in the teaser. Travis even utters the line, “it’s good to see you again Mr. Gilmore” which is blowing people’s minds as to what Kelce’s involvement in the film will actually be.
