It appears former Pro Bowl corner Richard Sherman is not a fan of the contract JuJu Smith-Schuster recently signed in Kansas City. The Chiefs were able to bolster an already high-powered offense by signing the former 1,000 yard receiver to a 1-year $10.75 million dollar deal.
Sherman, who most recently played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, took to Twitter to blast the contract.
After playing in just five games in 2021, Sherman would probably be over the moon to receive a one-year deal at this point in his career. As for JuJu, a one-year “prove it” deal worth up to $7 million in incentives is completely fitting for a player that has had a few down years in Pittsburgh.
