It has been widely publicized that Chiefs safety Tyrann Mathieu is looking for a contract extension in Kansas City. His current deal is set to expire after the 2021 season. The 29-year old Mathieu spoke to reporters following Chiefs OTA’s on Thursday morning. In what is perhaps a change of heart, Tyrann Mathieu said today he expects he will stay with Chiefs beyond the end of his contract that's in its last year.
