New Mizzou football coach Eli Drinkwitz continued his recruiting momentum on Thursday as the Tigers landed a major commitment from Lutheran North DE Travion Ford.
The 6’3, 222 LB Ford took to Twitter to announce his decision.
Ford is rated as a 4-star prospect by Rivals.com and is currently the third-ranked player in the state of Missouri for the class of 2021. He picked Missouri over a plethora of high-end offers, including LSU, Alabama, Nebraska, Ohio State and many others.
Ford is the fifth in-state commitment for Mizzou’s 2021 recruiting class. The Tigers’ class currently sits at 27th nationally.
